ADVERTISE
If required, assignments can be supported by targeted advertising campaigns. We can provide our clients with recruitment advertising from our J.D.S. Executive entity if confidentiality is required or create an advertisement with your own branding.
SELECT
The assessment process is adapted to each assignment and includes competency-based questionnaires and thorough reference checks.
FIXED FEE
Once the client’s needs have been assessed, a fixed fee is agreed, guaranteeing impartiality during negotiations.
MONITOR
We monitor the integration of candidates during and after their probationary period to ensure that the expectations of both parties are being met.
GUARANTEE
Should employment be terminated prematurely, a free replacement is provided from 4 to 12 months from the start date, depending on the level and type of assignment (search or selection).
