To achieve this, we have developed executive search processes that enable us to recruit talents before they are available on the market. This enables us to provide shortlists of candidates whose profiles and aspirations match our customers' needs.

It's all about timing: locating and recruiting the right talent at the right time.
We work transparently, providing our customers with regular, detailed feedback to enable them to retain control of the recruitment process, should the need arise.
We carry out recruitment assignments for established job profiles with the utmost discretion, subject to non-disclosure agreements if our customer wishes to remain anonymous.

Our experience in this field is such that we are able to advise our customers on the best remuneration for candidates in line with the market.
While the majority of our executive search assignments concern positions with salaries between €60,000 and €500,000, we can also offer our services for searches targeting salaries between €50,000 and €60,000, as long as the same level of precision, evaluation, thoroughness and confidentiality is demanded.
